NYT's Steve Smith with review of Jonathan Biss recital today, featuring three Beethoven sonatas, as he starts his nine-CD recording cycle of all 32. Steve was not thrilled with two of the three but said attention must be paid going forward. I have seen, and linked in past to, Biss playing and also to his new e-book on daring to record the cycle.
